ABSTRACT
This study is designed to examiner and determine the effect of the activities of peer groups on the academic performance of students in some selected secondary schools in Esan North East Local Government Area, Edo State.
The research questions used were:
How inadequate school materials could encourage children to be indolent at work.
The research instrument used included questionnaire participant observation. The sample percentage and tabulation was used for the data analysis. The recommendations were proffered to alleviate the identified problems.
